SHEENA DOUGLASS - DAISY CHAIN BORDER EMBOSSING FOLDER
Using the Daisy Chain embossing folder I have made this pretty card. Simple and easy. Distress inks for background with word stamp from Ageing Beautifully. Ran a piece of card through machine to emboss and painted the flowers with white acrylic paint and yellow for the middle. A little glitter and Ta Daaaa. Any words can be used for the middle and I chose Have a Wonderful Day from Sheena's Through the Rain collection.

SHEENA DOUGLASS - CHICK CHICK CHICKEN STAMP SET
I love the colour and feel of this one, little children feeding the chicks in the middle of some woods. I stamped the children and used drawing gum. Once dried, aquatints was applied for the background and Forest stencil used over with distress ink, Hickory Smoke, I seem to be using this colour a lot lately, great if you want dark but not too dark...yum, love it. The drawing gum was then gently rubbed off and the children were coloured using alcohol pens (pro markers) and I added a little sparkle to the woods to give that little bit of glimmer.
This next one was done with light aquatints for background, stencilled leaves with some green moss distress inks and children coloured in using the distress inks too. Vintage Florals, cut and stamped for the flowers. No doubt....there is sparkle going on in there hahaha yes, on the flowers, a touch of glitter :)
SHEENA DOUGLASS - LUSCIOUS LOOSESTRIFE EMBOSSING FOLDER
Using the gorgeous Loosestrife embossing folder you can achieve such quick wonderful little creations. Applying your different mediums you can achieve stunning results that look different. I have done three makes and absolutely loved doing them. Different looks, one folder. :) :)
Background I used distress inks and tried to achieve an old vintage look, I used the Worn Beautifully stamps from Sheenas collection, words and the little tear mark. I then embossed the folder and used silk paints to colour in, silver gilding wax was rubbed lightly over to finish off. Must not forget a little glitter to give it that bling we all love.
I ran a same sized piece of card through the little slit in the top of the embossing folder three times to get an exact match of the flowers. I rubbed some gilding was over the embossed layer and then glittered. Soooooo pretty in real life. Soooooooooo quick.
I love this one, simple !!! Ran a black piece of card through machine to emboss, painted with Silk paints, silver wax rubbed over the top. What a gorgeous topper to place on any card. :)

SHEENA DOUGLAS - CHALK FRAME AND THE LOOSESTRIFE FAIRY
Using a cheap frame, I painted with chalk paint and pasted through one of Sheena's stencils around the edge to achieve some interest and texture. Works great ! I then Used the Luscious Loosestrife embossing folder for the background which I coloured in using distress ink which was then glittered. I cut and stamped the pretty little Fairy and coloured her with distress inks, sprayed and glittered her wings and placed her on a toadstool and layered up. Of course, I gave her little glittered shoes, that's what fairies wear, right? I think she looks beautiful which is why I put Beauty on a little heart that she is holding. Oh....some gilding wax (silver) over the raised texture on the frame. The flowers were vintage floral by Sheena and I die cut, embossed, painted with same colour chalk paint and a silver one, stamped over and glittered......I just had to place a sparkly little gem in the middle of the flowers, cause that is what the flowers are like in fairy land hee hee. I looooooove her. Happy Days :) xx

SHEENA DOUGLASS - ITS A DOGS LIFE STAMP SET
For this peaceful little number I have used distress inks for the background, stamped using StazOn black ink ( you don't want it running with the water so that's why I have used solvent ink) Stamps used are Its a Dogs life and Peaceful Lakeside. Used drawing gum over the dog so I could stamp the lake scene without it covering the dogs head, try to get as close to the lines as possible. When all stamped, I rub the gum off and then coloured with brush and water. (No stamper should be without drawing gum, its brilliant) I hope you like it.....I love doing these kind of scenes. :) :)
For the one below I used distress inks for background and Weathered Trees embossing folder. I went over the raised trees with some black and slightly glittered to give a shimmer. Stamped the gorgeous dog and coloured with same inks. Word are from Its a Dogs Life stamp set and are great. Would make a lovely male card me thinks :)

Inkylicious Stamps
I went to a Stevenage to the stamp fair yesterday and, Oh My !! The stamps there, loads and loads, my eyes were everywhere. I came across the Inkylicious stand and could not resist the rain drops that everyone has been going crazy about, and of course, I see a fairy on a toadstool, well, before a wink of an eye I was paying for them, Oh and my distress inks, I got a few more and the storage for them which is just Great !! I made a card using both the mentioned and I particularly love the words.....you cant make a rainbow with a little rain, this is so true. I used my distress inks for background, stamped the images in black. White pen and glitter for my rain drops and a sprinkle of fairy magic here and there for that extra bit of sparkle hee hee.....I hope you like. I enjoyed very much. :) xx
